  • Support Guide 
    • Our support guide is an inclusive resource where you can read about our commitment to you, different ways to submit a support case, how-to assign severity levels, and tips on how to escalate if needed.
  • Release Notes
    • To ensure you remain up to date on our new releases, we recommend that you sign up for our Release Notes to receive an email update when new versions are released. You can subscribe to any product you’re interested in. This is a great way to ensure you’re not missing out on any new features!
  • Technical Documentation
    • Our comprehensive technical documentation is designed to empower you and enhance your experience with our products.  You can search for specific topics or explore our user guides and tutorials. Our technical documentation is a great way to see how to troubleshoot items independently, provide a better understanding of the products, and find ways to maximize product usage.
  • Knowledge Base
    • Our knowledge base is an excellent resource to find information on a variety of items. From troubleshooting common issues, discovering hidden features, or staying up-to-date on our security bulletins, our knowledge base is where you will want to search! You can access our knowledge base directly from your Customer Portal dashboard.
  • Aha! Ideas Portal
    • ​​​​​​​Have an idea? Want to help influence the future of our product? Submit your ideas to our Aha! Ideas Portal. You can search for existing requests, vote on your favorites, and follow them for updates. You can access the Ideas Portal directly from your Customer Portal dashboard.
  • User Experience (UX) Research
    • ​​​​​​​Are you interested in shaping the future of our products? Sign up for our UX Research Study Group and participate in exciting usability studies, focus groups, and other feedback sessions. You can sign up using the link above!
  • Product Roadmap Sessions
    • ​​​​​​​Gain valuable insights into the evolution of BeyondTrust with our upcoming roadmap sessions. This is a great way to meet our Product Managers, learn about new features in development, and share your feedback. Sign up now using the link above!

Is there a way to search across all the resources?

I would love to have a list of docs, kbs, ideas, cases, release notes, and now discussions to look at when searching for information on the different BeyondTrust products.

Great question! 

Within our BeeKeepers Community, we do have federated search so that users can retrieve results across multiple available resources. Using the search button at the top of the page, you can search keywords or topics that are of interest. If you hit “enter” it will open a new page that will allow you to filter down to remove any sections that may not be required.

Below is an example of the resources that pop up when searching “Admin” - You can see results for Community discussions, Technical Documentation and KB Articles.
