Support Required for BeyondTrust PAM Session Issue

We are currently running our operations through BeyondTrust PAM for each asset. However, some team members are facing an issue where the session is not visible and does not display anything. I have attached a screenshot for your reference. Could you please guide us on how to resolve this issue at the earliest? Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated, as this is impacting our operations
