Driver Exclusion - Wildcard support

Hello! I see that driver exclusion does not support wildcards or folder paths and it needs full path of executable. There is idea but it is in Will Not Implement status. Just wanted to understand from community if you have came across this requirement. We have large number of endpoints with EPM W and have seen at least a few apps that have conflicts and need exclusions. msedgewebviewruntime has been a pain as it is located in 3 folders and folder names change at least once per month . Similary some other security tools that may require exclusions in EPM. some have folder paths that include version numbers , some have processes that are similar to PRA (random characters at the end). A lot of other security tools allow this control to admins

How to manage local scan account and functional account step by step

Hello Everyone, I can understand the logic behind the automatic password rotation of local functional account even if we have new server onboarded using same first functional account credentials, but it is untested. i am trying to test it and update it once done. Regarding the Local scan account i actually do not have any idea that how can we manage it (Using enable scanner on managed account i know but what if we have onboarded 100 servers and now we need to scan 100 more and the scan account is using old credentials on remaining 100 servers also if i need to perform the scanning on old scanned assets?)There are lots of questions in my mind regarding the management of local scan accounts.Please feel free everyone to share your recommendations………………………….

Identifying devices that are no longer syncing with the cloud?

During BAU we receive tickets where policy changes are made but the user is still having issues doing x (whatever the change was) and it turns out the device is no longer syncing and therefore not receiving policy updates. This makes me think there’s probably many more out there that we don’t know about. Are there any options when it comes to identifying devices that are no longer syncing with the cloud?

Hello, is PASM able to do this : The solution must support backend database activity monitoring, including the ability to capture and log all database updates, including modifications made directly to the backend via SQL queries. The solution must be capable of tracking and recording executed SQL code, with sufficient detail to identify the nature of the changes. Remote Support 25.1.1 constantly goes down

Has anyone else’s Remote Support appliance been going down constantly?  Our cloud appliance which is on 25.1.1 has been going down multiple times per week since upgrading.  We’ve opened numerous tickets and Support has been dead silent on the issue for weeks now.  Just curious if anyone else is experiencing issues with Remote Support 25.1.1Having no insight to the backend is proving it difficult to explain to our end users and leadership why this keeps occurring especially during business hours.

Local admin rights required in an AD-HOC way

Hi All,  Currently I’m going through the EPM install / onboard process and was wondering if there is a way to give users local admin rights to install applications on the fly. Some installers just have so many commands to whitelist that this isn’t feasible during a 1 time install. I was hoping for like a “just in time” setup to raise full admin however, the on-prem version doesn’t include JIT setup only the cloud does. How have others accomplish this without the need to whitelist every individual command line?

Log Retention Period for Session Recordings

Just trying to see what is your current data retention period for Session Recordings. I understand this depends on various factors - compliance requirements, deployment size/usage , cost-benefit, Org maturity level   etc. But posting this to get a sense of how other users are managing it . We have around 60-90 days live on appliance, plus another 90 days on a network share. As the usage increases the session recordings data is growing exponentially. But at the same time investigations may require some historical data as well.
