New MFA Option for identity.beyondtrust.com - FIDO2

In an effort to enhance security, while simplifying the user experience, BeyondTrust has now enabled FIDO2 for authentication to https://identity.beyondtrust.com  FIDO2 is an authentication standard that enhances security by allowing users to log in to online services without passwords. Fortinet Firewall cluster onboarding

Hello Beekepers I have a question with regard to Fortinet Firewall onboarding. We have Firewalls in HA that have 1 active and 1 passive device using a single IP  so basically these devices are clustered. Can Password safe onboard the devices that utilize a single IP. We found that we can only onboard the active node and not the passive node. Has anyone seen this before and how did you onboard

Hello everyone, I’m new to BeyondTrust University and Beekeeper. Can anyone please guide me how to browse through/get a Passwordsafe certifications and badges? Can we also get a learning path for the same? I have checked the whole console and the learning path is empty and there are no certifications mentioned anywhere. There are only fair few courses available. Thanks.

How BeyondTrust CSMs are utilizing AI

Using AI to enhance human interaction is precisely what BeyondTrust's Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are doing. Customers meeting with a member of the CSM team are likely familiar with Gong, the BeyondTrust Notetaker. However, the ways in which the team leverages this AI tool might be less well-known. Although Gong is relatively new to the CSM team, it has quickly proven its value, helping us enhance our service. Cadence calls are a key component of the CSM team’s interactions, whether they occur weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. During these calls, your CSM arrives prepared with updates on events, important announcements, support ticket statuses, and a desire to understand your needs from BeyondTrust. The primary use of Gong for a CSM is to document the discussion, allowing them to focus on the conversation and engage in critical thinking. It is no secret that BeyondTrust loves to send surveys to our customers. In a world where we are often inundated with surveys or asked for feedback by vendors, there is a belief that the survey responses are sent to an abyss and never seen or referenced by a live person. What you may not know is how seriously BeyondTrust takes the surveys we ask of our customers. A great deal of consideration is put into our surveys- the timing, the personal responses by BeyondTrust CSMs, feedback follow up, and the analysis.
