Is anyone else having problems with the customer portal?

I can log into the portal but when I click on links for KB articles or cases nothing happens. If I use a direct link to a KB article I get a message that it was not found. Is anyone else experiencing problems or do I need to look for issues on my ends?

Is it happening to all knowledge base articles you click?  What is the kb article link you are clicking?

Chris, when you get the “Page Not Found” message, what is the URL in the address bar? Is it a normal-looking URL, or has it changed to anything like “about:blank#blocked”?
