  • How do I access Success Included at BeyondTrust University?
    • BeyondTrust uses Okta for a single authentication source to access the BeyondTrust University, Customer Portal, BeeKeepers Community, etc.. If you do not have a BeyondTrust account yet, you can request assistance with portalaccess@beyondtrust.com.
    • Otherwise if you have OKTA set up already, go to https://identity.beyondtrust.com. On an initial login, you will have to authenticate email. After signing in, the BTU tile is available to click on.
    • Finally, if you already have a customer account with BT, you should be able to access BeyondTrust University at https://university.beyondtrust.com. It should SSO you in via OKTA.
  • Do learners need technical knowledge to understand the content? Are there any prerequisites?
    • Currently, most courses are designed primarily for product administrators and are best suited for individuals with an intermediate understanding of technical concepts and the cybersecurity landscape.
  • What if I'm ready to take my learning further?
    • For a more immersive learning experience with workshops, labs, certifications, etc., explore our learning subscription and instructor-led training at BeyondTrust University services page.

Dears,

 

I am experiencing an issue with one user account. When attempting to unlock it, I receive the following error message:

"Unable to unlock account"

I have tried multiple times, but the issue persists. I kindly ask to  assistance in how unlocking account or advising on the cause of this problem.
