When a new product release comes out, Known Issues at the time of that version’s release are contained in the Release Notes. As new items are discovered in a release, Known Issue Knowledge Base articles are created. This video shows you how to find them so you can keep up to date regarding issues that may have arisen since a product version’s release.

Hey Rich, I love the video aspect. I was just wondering if you have considered using a standalone recording software like OBS? problem with using Microsoft Teams comes down to connection speeds causing reduced quality…  you can see this as you start to display your screen how everything goes fuzzy.

With something like OBS, you can trigger your screen and microphone (camera as well if you want to) and save the file locally to then be uploaded to whatever streaming system or hosting platform you desire.  Love this work either way!

I loved watching it! I’ve been a BT customer for several years and never knew I could find this information in the Knowledge system! I was always waiting to see them in the release notes, so now I know of another place to help be proactive with my products!
