Admin Promt not prompting for credentials

Hi,
Could someone please help with the issue not prompting for creds when opening admin terminal.

BT version is 25.2

      I would recommend opening a support case via identity.beyondtrust.com to dig into the issue further as that does not sound like expected behaviour to me.
