With Password Safe 24.3, it was mentioned to me in a call that we are able to still get access as enterprise admins to all passwords. I can’t find the instructions on how to do that. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You can refer to this release notes for the permission of the administrator for the Secret safe folders.

As long as you are logging in with an Administrator privileged account, when you go to the Secret Safe tab there is a toggle on the bottom you need to flip to see all the vaults now.

Is there a way to see other user’s personal folders? I have a user that is trying to recover an old password from her personal vault but not sure that is possible.

personal vaults by nature are not within administrative views… It might be possible for BT Support to access and recover the password from the database, but I wouldn’t count on it.

There is also a Secrets Safe Entitlement Report under Analytics & Reporting → Secrets Safe which shows you all secrets by name and only by name, what safe they are in and who has access to the secret.

If the secret isn’t listed in the report, you probably won’t find it in Secrets Safe either.

Caveat here, I am on an on-premises deployment. Password Safe Cloud may or may not be the same.
