Password Safe On-Prem (Active/Passive)

Some users are based on a remote location with limited bandwidth. Due to this, their sessions keep disconnecting after 2-3 mins. The packet trace also confirms this.

Is there any wayout for such users so their sessions don’t terminate in the case of packet loss?

@syedraahimali

This is controlled in the Access Policies.

But, now you have to inform the users who have the issue they MUST sign out when done, or you will have their account hanging in sessions and get locked out.

On the client side, reduce screen resolution.  That’s the single biggest difference they can make.

@MichaelF thanks for the answer, we did select the option “Let Client Decide” and chose a relatively smaller screen resolution, but unfortunately, it did not solve the issue.

@Jens Hansen I can give this a try, for now we installed a jump server at the HQ and they are accessing from there.
