Hi ​@feralton Yes, there is a firewall between the appliances and target servers.

Since end-to-end communication needs to be encrypted, there can be no SSL inspection by the firewall between the communication. Here we solve this by disabling SSL inspection in the firewall rule between Appliance/Broker/Servers.

Our network team confirmed that there is no network firewall between the appliances and the target servers. The issue is still persisting, and they haven’t been able to determine the cause yet. Any idea?
