Can you please help me understand how to create the custom reports for On-Prem Password Safe. I tried the Pivot Grids feature and it is not much helpful.

Pivot Grid is more towards a data summarization table which might be another option if what you’re trying to find is not available in an existing report. If what you need is not achievable through pivot grid I would suggest you raising a feature enhancement.
in a past life we ended up connecting a power-bi into the database for our onprem solution to get certain key reports we were trying to perform inside Password Safe… We also did an API connection into Password safe to create reports so that we were not impacting the stability of the database.
In the end we ended up running a shadow copy of the database just for power-bi based reports we were creating.
