Black background colour when server accessed using BeyondTrust password Safe

Hi team,

We are seeing one issue for Windows Server accessed using the password safe. 

When user is trying to connect the server from Password safe, RDP session is launched and user sees the black background. However when users, tries to connect the same sever outside of BT, user sees the blue background.

Has anyone seen this kind of issue? Can anyone please guide to understand what's the problem and how to get is resolved.?
