We would like to onboard the windows servers present in Azure. so we would like to sync Azure with Password Safe. Is it possible. If yes please let us know the steps to do.

I would like to double-check, is your goal to use Password Safe to connect to Azure AD so that it can onboard systems in AzureAD into Password Safe?
If so, I would recommend reviewing our documentation Configure Functional Account Requirements in Azure. Within here, it advises you how you can create an Enterprise Application for Password Safe in Azure, creates a Functional Account for it to connect within Password Safe then creates a Smart Rule so the systems can be onboarded.
