I checked KB0019103 kb article but this works only for Linux Servers, is there any such mechanism for RDP Connection on Windows Servers as well?
I want to restrict specific users so that they can’t see reboot and shutdown option or their sessions should be terminated same as in Linux Server.

Unfortunately this functionality is currently only for SSH. It is possible to view live RDP sessions and freeze/terminate them in real-time - however no current mechanism to trigger actions based on keywords in the same manner as Connection Profiles for SSH.
I would recommend submitting an idea request on our Ideas Portal however if this is functionality you would like to see within the product.
