Is there a way to check the number of license assigned to my Password Safe Cloud by UI?

Hi @Higor to help you out with this, the licensing section is under the “Support” option in the customer support portal, however, this will only show you the total purchased licenses assigned to your account. You may need to have someone elevate your permission role to see this, I don’t recall if it appears under the standard user or only under the admin role.

Currently there’s no UI showing this. When you login to the customer support portal you might be able to see the number of licenses under your company.

Thank you. But I am not able to see it in my customer support portal. Is there a path to follow?

If you logon to the customer support portal on the top right corner you might be able to find the licenses there. Unfortunate my access would be different from what a customer see so I can’t pinpoint exactly to you. You might be able to see the licenses there but I’m not sure if it gives you a total.
