Hello

I did the upgrade to 24.3 as there was a KB which mentions that when the prompt ends with > , platform testing fails with account verification which is the behavior we are facing. we are still facing this issue even after upgrade to 24.3

Hi SFA!

Yes that’s what I see in my 24.2.1 instance. The KB says fixed in 24.2.

The default prompt for the Linux platform is ([#$]|(~>)|(~#)) but if I add another clause to that so it becomes ([#$]|(~>)|(~#)|(>)) it works with > prompts.

It might be that the fix is only applied when the out of the box platform is created.

Back up your custom platform before making any changes.

Hope that helps!

yes i did add that ([#$]|(~>)|(~#)|(>)) but it still gave same error , when i troubleshoot via the platform testing feature, it just directly gives “sshexecutor failed error “
