Has anyone had an issue where all of sudden managed accounts are not mapping to their user accounts with smart rules? I have smart rules to map the account, I haven’t done any changes to the managed or non-managed accounts in AD but it just all of sudden stops mapping. It seems like the smart rule isn’t reading the directory attributes either.

If there has been no configuration changes it could be the smart rule is failing to run. I recommend you open a support case to have the support team investigate. If its an OnPrem install include a Support Pack so they can search the logs.

It’s only one user in the smart rule results that won’t map. 
 

Can you tell me what SLA on support? It seems like it takes like 3 days or more to get a response.
