I can see several old sessions still appearing in the Active Sessions list in Password Safe, even though only today’s sessions should be showing.

If your environment is Cloud, just open a case with Support for them to clean these 'broken' sessions.

If it is on-premises, you can use a database query against the RetinaCSDatabase to clean these sessions marked as active. Please open a case with Support so they can assist you.

If it is truly necessary, send me a private message and we can discuss the queries further.

For on-premise, check your Password Safe servers for disconnected sessions.  Sometimes, a disconnected session will keep pbsmd.exe running, even though the user is long gone.  Those sessions stay listed as active.  If you’re unsure which process is disconnected vs connected, check the pbsmd.log file.
