how can we bulk onboard 300 AD users into a BT group which has the workforce related feature enabled?
I checked the BT REST API and there is API to onboard AD user into BI but not to add them into an existing BT group as well.
Is the only other option to ask the system team to add in AD? The thing is the management of users who have access to workforce is to be done by the BT administrator and not the system team, so we need to bulk onboard into BT user group . is there any way to do this?

If you already have an existing AD Group added to BeyondInsight, you can continue using that group by adding new users to it in Active Directory. This step should be handled by your systems team, following the same onboarding process used for other new users. Once added in AD, the group will sync automatically with BeyondInsight according to your configured Group Sync settings (Configuration: Access | BI Cloud).
If you need to work with a new AD Group, your systems team must first create it in Active Directory. You can then register that group in BeyondInsight, after which the users will sync based on your Group Sync configuration.
For reference, here are the relevant APIs:
Add a new AD Group in BI: POST /user-groups
Add a new AD user in BI : POST /users
Please note that there is no API to move AD/Entra users between groups. Group membership for directory users should always be managed within Active Directory itself, in line with your security practices and governance policies.
