Hello, how are you?

Has anyone else encountered problems importing a .csv file and received this message?

I tried downloading credentials directly from the vault and then tried importing them to another folder within the vault.

The profile already has a Workforce license.

I also tried with the administrator profile without success.

I also used the documentation without success.
