Password Safe | Do I need just one RDS CALs user based license if only one functional account is used to launch application sessions?

I have a question regarding RDS CALs per user.

If only one functional account is defined in the Application settings, then do I only need one RDS CALs because only that functional account is technically initiating the RDP session to the RDS server.

If all your applications are launching with a single functional account then you would only need a single user based CAL.
