In the active active configuration where we have management and worker nodes, how the PAM Worker node will recognize which network interface the communication will use ? thanks

Hello
Are you talking about having appliances with multiple network interface adapters?
If you are its Windows that will choose what network adapter the communications will flow.
If you are talking about what worker node will be chosen to connect to the endpoint then it is the workgroup. If using workgroups and rotate the password for a local account on a managed system it will choose an appliance in the same workgroup as the managed system.
If not using workgroups then the worker node will be chosen at random.
If there multiple worker nodes in a work group then one will be chosen at random for the password change job.
