Password Safe - PWA - Extension BeyondTrust Google Chrorme

This is a Workforce Password Extension for Chrome, do you mean that you do not want non-admin users to use this feature or do not launch the URL to the Password Safe? If you do not add the Workforce Password Feature for the User group they would not be able to use it.

It would be so that this box would not open separately from the extension and the password option could be enabled. As shown in the image, whenever authentication is performed, a new tab opens and the password option is restricted for users.
