Is there way for the users to set the keep-alive count on the Putty client for those are launched from Password Safe SSH Proxy sessions?

Is there way for the users to set the keep-alive count on the Putty client for those are launched from Password Safe SSH Proxy sessions?

Try this:

i would recommed 30 seconds.

 


We already suggested this setting for users to set on putty client on their machines and they are still reporting the session disconnect.  

Is this option support all below three proxy session type?

Direct connect or Start SSH Session or Downloaded RDP file.

They would need to change this configuration on the “Default Settings” profile and save, and from then on it would always have this enabled
