ps automate is not able launch chrome/edge browser session

Hi all i am facing  issue wherein ps automate is not able to launch the browser session. we are using password safe cloud 24.1 version and i downloaded the same version of ps automate. driver versions are also same .still browser session is not opening 

any idea how to get this issue resolved

Are you trying to launch the browser using PS Automate?
To troubleshoot, please check the following points:

  1. Verify the browser version (Chrome/Edge/Firefox) and ensure it matches the PS Automate driver version.
  2. Confirm the PS Automate installation path is added to the Environment Variables (System Variables → PATH).
  3. Check RDS Functional Account permissions on the session host.
  4. Try to launch the browser manually using PS Automate directly from the session host server to confirm if the issue is specific to Password Safe or the server.
  5. Also follow the BeyondTrust KB article for PS Automate configuration.

I had checked and everything is fine . Actually problem is with ps_automate that we were using . I used the latest one which resolved the issue . thanks
