Question about Dedicated account mapping

Hello All,

I was referring this KBA article -Knowledge Article - Customer Support (KB0016945)

In this its explained about the column ‘Mapped to User’. Do we know how this mapping is established. Is it something in Smart rule which helps in setting this mapping.
