Questions about managing expiration dates after installing BI certificates

hi,

When I installed EPMfW, I installed the BeyondInsight certificate together.

The installed certificate has a validity of 10 years. After 10 years, do I have to install the new certificate directly on each PC? Is there any other way to manage it?

Hi imheejae,

Yes, any expired certificates would need to be replaced on each endpoint.

See documentation here - https://docs.beyondtrust.com/bips/docs/bi-epm-wm-installation#generate-client-certificate-msi

This could be deployed via GPO, SCCM, Intune or whatever software delivery products you may have.

You may also need to remove the expired certificates.

It details how to use new OAuth support for BI and EPM.
