Hello Guys,
In Password Safe cloud the retention policy for session recordings is 1 year, is there any method we can extend this in the cloud, or can we get it saved to an on-prem server or NAS?

Hello Gavin,
Session recordings are saved for 1 year, and is not configurable. In Password Safe Cloud 23.3 and up, sessions older than six months are automatically archived. However, archived sessions can easily be restored so they can be replayed for up to 1 year.
Audit data can be exported through Reporting and Analytics or the REST API.
