I am unable to get RDP sessions after updating my assets.

What version of Password Safe are you running and what version of Windows is running on the target server and what was updated?
The following error
An Authentication error has occurred.
The client and server cannot communicate, because they do not possess a common algorithm.
Looks like it may be a TLS mismatch between your Password Safe appliance (Resource Broker if using cloud) and the client you are launching the RDP connection from or the target server.
Have a look at this kb on disabling TLS 1.3
