I need access to the BeyondTrust Certified Implementation Engineer resources. I previously had access, but after the update, I can no longer find it. We are a BeyondTrust partner.

I would suggest either submitting a ticket with support, or talking to your rep about this.  I’m not sure folks here in the public community are going to be able to help you gain access to this type of resource.
