One of the laptop our company recent setup had error: BeyondTrust Jump Client disconnected from xxxxxxxxx
BeyondTrust representative can not even find the computer name or ip address. Reconnect doesn't work at all and Enabled was ticked.

This is more of a support issue than anything, but jump clients connect back to the appliance via DNS and port 443. If the client disconnects and will not reconnect, you need to investigate your network. Packet captures are recommended.
