Can we get automatically download the Chat post the support session without any requrest or approval in the remote support.

Hello Neevanam - Yes, this can be done through either the Integration Client (https://www.beyondtrust.com/docs/remote-support/how-to/integrations/ic/index.htm) or through our Email/HTTP Outbound events system (https://www.beyondtrust.com/docs/remote-support/how-to/integrations/outbound-events/index.htm).

Both ways are automatic and require no inputs or actions from any Rep or Appliance Admin in order to complete the task.


Hi ​@PhillC I am looking for getting the download for end users who would be completing the session, we are looking for the enduser to get an email of the chat conversation upon the session end. its pertaining to the end users
