Issue Logging Into Remote Support Console after macOS 27 Golden Gate Update

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else is having any issues with logging into the Remote Support representative console after updating to macOS 27 Golden Gate?

We are a small team, but so far we have four people who have updated, and currently two of them are not able to sign in. There is a spinning wheel for about 10-15 seconds after clicking login, and then it just stays on the authentication page as if nothing happened. 

Reinstalling the program doesn’t help, and we also tried using the following command:

sudo tccutil reset All com.bomgar.bomgar-scc

This would allow one successful login, however the issue would happen again the net time we tried to login.

      Thanks for your post Andrew.  MacOS 27 Golden Gate is not officially supported yet.  Can you tell me what remote support version you are currently using?  Also, here is a link to the supported platforms for version 26.2.x - https://docs.beyondtrust.com/rs/docs/supported-platforms

        Thanks for the information - it makes sense that it is just not compatible with macOS 27 yet. We just updated to Remote Support version 26.2.3, and it is still inconsistent. 

         

        By any chance do you know if there is an estimate of when a compatible version will be available?

        The supported version has not been announced yet, but typically it drops in late Q4.

          +1 -- Reproducing here as well. Dragging windows doesn’t work when supporting users on 27, and launching the representative console doesn’t work at all, it just crashes upon login. We’ve been using the web rep console as a stopgap.
