Remote support Alert when Rep is idle in an active session.

Is there a way in Remote support where an alert is provided for being idle in a active session where either the end user or the representative is not moving mouse or not using keyboard for a period of time?

Hello Neevanam, Reps do get an alert if they are approching the Idle Timeout values while in session or rep console activity, there is a little pop-up which appears in the lower right-hand corner.
