Recently we have upgraded BeyondTrust Remote Support Infra from v23.3.2 to v24.1.2 but Support button not upgrading automatically in first connection but remote connection establishing with fresh copy 24.1.2 client.

Thank you for posting your question! I would recommend opening a support case through our Customer Portal to get a session with one of our Technical Support Engineers to review your issue.
There could be a variety of reasons that this may be happening:
- If the button has expired, it will not upgrade and need to be redeployed.
- If the button at the time of launching could not resolve the sitename of the appliance over TCP 444, this could cause the issue.
Any other issue beyond the ones above, it would be best to get a support case opened to diagnose.
