after upgrading to 24.3.2, we are facing issues jump approvals.

  • if Jump policy is set, it doesn’t appear in console. Shows ‘None’
  • if it’s applied and requester sends request, Approver doesn’t receive notification.

 

Anyone facing such behavior or I’m I missing something.

 

Hello ​@Hamza - From 24.1x onwards, I think Jump Approvals are handled through the Access Console itself. Can you please confirm this is the isue you are facing here?

first issue is that, on group policy when I assign jump-policy on a jump-group it doesn’t reflect in console and user can jump without approval.

it only shows when I configure it on Jump item.

approver is not receiving any email while he has received once before after upgrade to 24.3.2 but suddenly no more email . and bell icon is not appearing on the approver’s console that shows approval notification.

 


Hello ​@Hamza - I feel like this is going to be a deeper issue which will require some further investigations. I would strongly suggest opening a case with our Tech Support Team, through the Customer Portal.
