Are there any members who are using BeyondTrust PRA as an Atlas Deployment?
Do you have any connectivity / stability problems? I mean slow connection establishment, “connection timed out” errors.
We use it and many users have this kind of problem, when they are connected internally.
If you have met this kind of problems what was your experience, how did you manage to solve it? :)
Hello TZoltan - can I ask if you are using our Atlas-in-Cloud set up or are you hosting this Atlas instance all on your own systems? Overall, I would definitely check the type of Atlas traffic routing you have set up, as this can greatly impact the speed and stability of your session connections.
For instance, in the ‘Random’ node selector, it could very well be that your local session connections are being sent to a very remote Atlas Nodes instead of a local/close one. We have an on premise Atlas deployment, we have the timezone based selection policy in place, with an extension of network address prefixes for each Traffic Node.
