I have a customer who is having a question about the Vendors section of the PRA.
In the customer's environment, there is only one group of Vendors, and they are complaining that they can only perform Web Jumps in 3 sessions simultaneously. Is this the limit or is there a way that can be configured so that they can perform more jumps?
Não é porque existe uma sessão ativa que o web jump não pode ser usado, os usuários recebem algum erro ao tentar utilizar ou eles nem estão tentando porque teoricamente já tem uma “Sessão” ativa acontecendo?

It's not because there's an active session that web jump cannot be used. Are users receiving an error when trying to use it, or are they not even trying because, theoretically, an active "Session" is already underway?
As per the example, I have 4 Vendor users using the same web jump.
