Hello @AndyH - can I ask if you are still having this issue?
If so - the issue is likely to be the lack of installed /login software here. Can I ask when this appliance was installed? Our software update packages come in two forms, both the underlaying firmware and Site Software, you’ll need to ensure both are installed to get a fully operational appliance.

Hello @AndyH - absolutely, the installation guide is found here: https://docs.beyondtrust.com/pra/docs/on-prem-installation-guide - effectively, when you check for updates, you should be presented with 2 updates for the appliance. This is found under /appliance > Updates tab. If you do not see any updates or encounter any error’s while looking up those updates, your next step is to open a Support Case.
Thank you, @PhillC. I tried to update the appliance. and it is working now. I can see the default site now. The weird thing is, I did check the updates last Friday and it said “No updates available”. but today I tried again and it allowed me to update to 25.1.1.
