Enable login to endpoint using credentials provided by a credential store

Hi Team,

We’ve a use case as mentioned below:

a user initiated a web jump from BT PRA to vSphere portal and was logged in successfully. Within the vSphere portal, user selects a VM wherein vSphere gives 2 types of logins- 1.Remote & 2.Web Console. 

User selects web console access which then launches a new tab within the Jump Item requiring password to be entered again.

 

The key option is disabled and looking for suggestions to enable it.

@abhatia the key option its only for the login on the initial system and only for RDP sessions, since you are doing a Web Jump, its not gonna work.

You best scenario would be to add that acess account in vault and give the user the ability to request the password from the vault so he can login on that specific system, but yeah, your user case will not work as you may want.

Just install a jump client in these system, that way you don’t have to web jump to the portal to try and acess the server, with the jump client the key would work just fine.
