Hello ​@AndyH - In theory, you can have many Reps joining a single Jump Client. However, it is only a single Desktop session, so there is only one Keyboard,Mouse,Screen that all connected Reps will share.

Windows RDP can be setup into a terminal server (additional licensing) where you can increase that user limitation, however, increasing the limit will affect the servers performance, so ensure its specced accordingly. At a previous company we setup a windows terminal server with 50 concurrent logins and had to increase the overall cpu/ram of the server significantly, though, this was also the primary server that this team leveraged for their daily work to ensure they all had same applications and higher hardened system to perform that work from. I’m not certain on the jump client part, but thought I would toss that out there for you.

I did a test. Looks like the Jump client uses one of the 2 RDP sessions. and only one Jump Client desktop session is allowed. 

So I think if we want to achieve the goal of multiple RDP sessions, we will need to use Jumpoint + terminal server.
