How setup web jumps on PRA?

Hi guys.

I was looking in other topics that some people have in their PRA consoles the option to create an Web Jump connection type. But it doesn’t appear on my console as you can see in the print below.

What is the requirements to enable this option?

I didn’t find any documentation explaining this.

Hello @gabrielr - PRA Web Jump is an add-on feature, and is something you will need to talk to your assigned Account Manager to get enabled.

Hello @gabrielr - outside of the integrations, there are not many ‘add-on’s’ for SRA - the note about this is found here: https://docs.beyondtrust.com/pra/docs/wac-jump-items#website.

Overall, I would talk to your Account Manager, they may have a list of these you can review.
