Hello ​@naidu_jsts - I have just checked my own instance of PRA here, and I see I have a ‘Protocol Tunnel Jump’ template under the Mass Import Wizard. In this template is a field called ‘Tunnel Type’ and the options for this are as follows: ‘The type of tunnel which is one of IP, TCP, MSSQL or K8S.’

Can I ask what options are you missing there?

We are missing Network Tunnel option.

Do you have the option to create a network tunnel in the Access Console?  If not, you’ll need to open a support case and have this option turned on in your software build, it is off by default.

Be sure to provide your sitename in the case.
