Hello,

I’ve encountered an unusual issue with the failover backup instance. Under the "Sync Now" section, the timestamp for the last data sync displays as:

"The last data-sync was successfully pulled at 01/01/1970 12:00:00 AM."

Has anyone seen this behavior before? Could you please advise on how to resolve it?

Thank you.

@AndyH - That date leads me to thinking its never done a sync, have you tried clicking the sync now button, waiting a few minutes and refreshing the status?

Thanks @MikeK. I did click the “Sync Now” button. The log showed sync success. However, the time was still 1970.

I removed the failover, re-configured it. and the time was correct now. Not sure what caused this.

you might be able to get some info from the syslogs, its possible the trust relationship was never fully established or had a blip in the connection when it was initially established. The syslogs should provide some insight into this.
Really glad you were able to get them syncing together again though.
