Good morning.

I'm trying to inject the credentials of a Linux system into a domain that's password safe, but it connects using PRA.

In PRA, when I inject the credentials, it does so without the domain.

If I manually enter the username, domain, and credentials, it connects.

I'd like to know how to inject the username with the full domain.

Regards.

Hello @Josmay

If your goal is to have PRA get a domain managed account from Password Safe and inject the credentials you would need a managed system with the same name in Password Safe and in PWS you need to link a domain account to that managed system. That domain linked account also needs to be API enabled.

If the above is setup when you open your Shell Jump item in PRA you should see the PWS managed account listed in the format Domain.com\Username in the Enter Credentials dialog box.

Do you see any credentials listed in the Enter Credentials dialog box?
