I login to Beyond Trust yesterday and see 2 machines offline. 
I login today and there are 10

Not only is the machine offline, but the app has been removed. 

Is there a reason this keeps occurring? Is there a time limit to have it installed? 

I reference back to this article where support linked it to an update, but no update has occurred.

I think at this point, it may be worth logging a case with our Support Team so we canf formally investigate the underlaying cause for this. We may need logs from both Appliance and Endpoints.


I did log a case. 
I think a good test case would be watching me update the appliance. They always uninstall when I update. 

The last tech told me to download the update offline from the appliance so I could add the hash to my EDR. He stated that could cause an issue. I do not see a way to get the offline version.

Hello JSizzle45 - you would need to request the Supplimental Instalers from our Support Team before you update the appliance. You can then download a Jump Client installer package for the next vesion before installing the appliances next version.
