Hi, is there a way in PRA console to identify which Jumpitems are being used by user to stablish connection to end points? Just want to make sure all my 4 jumpitems are being used.

To my knowledge, there is no way in the console to see all current, active sessions.  You can export the jump item list in the console and very the last accessed date.  This will let you know if users are making connections to your deployed jump items.

Desktop Access Console will show live active sessions to hostnames/IP but not the jump item friendly name. Possibly have to be a member of the same team to see this. (Handy tip - you can join/take over sessions here too).

Web Access Console cannot do this AFAIK

Use Access Reports to get stats on the historical sessions -

Filter by JUMP GROUP if all jump items are in the same group - this will show you the jump item friendly names
or
ENDPOINT using your actual hostnames or IPs (a bit more fiddly)
or
Leave filters blank (set a date range if you like), Download Report as a file, and then easily filter in Excel. You get more columns/data that you see through the /login portal web page
