Simpler Names. Same Powerful Access - We’re making a few updates to the terminology used across our Remote Support and Privileged Remote Access products to make things clearer and more intuitive. Over time, we’ve heard from customers that some of our “Jump” terminology can feel repetitive or unclear, especially for new users. These updates are designed to simplify the experience while keeping the familiar terms you already know.
What’s Changing and Why
We’re keeping Jump Client and Local/Remote Jump as is, since they are well-known and widely used terms. At the same time, we’re simplifying other terms to better reflect common industry language and make the product easier to navigate.
