Netbios name when connecting via PRA not available?

Just to clarify, is this query regarding the NetBIOS username being available for injection from Password Safe into a PRA endpoint?

​@MikeM that’s it exactly. I could see it also being useful from Password Safe, but we don’t use the RDP jump functionality there in my environment. 

In Password Safe you can change the format used.  Refer to the below instructions:

Change the Account Name Format to SAM 

Change the account name format of the managed system to Domain\Account format (SAM account name format) 

1. Log in to BeyondInsight Web Console as a BeyondTrust Administrator

2. Click Menu and then select Smart Rules

3. Find the Smart Rule, click the vertical ellipsis and select Edit Smart Rules...

4. Add the action Assign account name format type on each device and select SAM Format. 

​@GloriaB , I think there’s some confusion here. If that's on me I apologize. 

The problem isn’t selecting the right account from the list, the problem is the list is incomplete in terms of potential formats / the DLLN format is being built incorrectly. Note the NetBIOS name here does not contain the “.COM”

This is one of my domains. 

This is me attempting to perform a web jump. Where is the entry for the DLLN without the .COM in the name?

I think unfortunately this is functionality not currently in the product. I would suggest raising an Idea Request on our Ideas Portal.

Thanks for that ​@MikeM , it’s good to verify this isn’t currently supported.

That kind of flabbergasted me to be honest.. If anything I would have expected the legacy <NETBIOS>\<UserName> format just due to maturity of the product. 

I’ve entered T2SRM-I-3565 to add that functionality.
